| Movement is intrinsic to who we are as humans. We live in a moving world. MS stops people from moving by interrupting the smooth movement of information through nerves. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society exists to help people move forward with their lives and to move us to a world free of MS. The Advocacy Specialist will be responsible for increasing awareness about MS and advancing Chapter Advocacy goals through the development and implementation of quality administrative systems. The primary function of this volunteer position is to build the movement for a world free of MS by providing administrative support for recruitment, volunteer development and mentorship within the Advocacy program.
