A large marine company in Ballard, WA is looking to hire 10 skilled aluminum welders. The shift is from 6a.m.-2:30p.m. with some overtime. This opening is paying $15-19 an hour DOE. This position does require you to pass a pre-employment weld test and during this weld test this skilled person must understand how to set up and operate a Miller welding machine. This skilled person must be able to read blue prints and have an understanding of how to cut and fabricate the aluminum as well. This client does require a pre-employment drug screen and all welders must supply there own hood and leathers. This client is growing in numbers and will be opening up a new facility in Kent, WA or Marysville, WA, but the main facility is Ballard. This client is looking for skilled candidates that can pass a 2G,3G and 4G Coast Guard welding test after 30 days of employment.
