Our client is well established and owns 4 of the 5 buildings their Engineers work in. They are in immediate need of a Building maintenance engineer. You will be working with 5 other individuals to attend to the needs of all the buildings. Customer service is #1! Your tenants are your clients and they need to feel confident in the work being done. Qualified candidates will be professional and polished while not afraid to get dirty.
Duties:
Maintain and perform repairs to buildings
Troubleshooting equipment
Preventative Maintenance
Process Work Orders via paperless systems (computer savvy)
Conduct Utilities & equipment tests
Respond to emergency calls
Other duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
Commercial High Rise
Building Engineer
07 Electrical License
HVAC
SMA/BOMA Preferred
Dependable
Reliable
On-Call
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
 
Salary: $40k-$45K DOE
Monday - Friday
8-5pm (flexibility for OT as required)
