There is a spending cap for any one repair or purchase, a cap that is set by you, the owner of the property. Also, to ensure that our tenants are taking proper care of each unit, we conduct bi-annual property inspections of all our rental units. These inspections are extremely thorough and quite essential to the well being of each property.
