Customer Service - If the sales person for a particular job is unavailable - provide our customers with a person to address their concerns to regarding billing, service or equipment needs.

Support the sales staff in getting out proposals. Provide the customer with an accurate and competitive price on repairs to their elevator, and make sure they get these proposals in a timely manner and track proposals.

Develop and maintain a tickler file. Enter all pertinent information for the sales department regarding buildings, contacts, anniversary dates, etc.
Field calls from mechanics. Get out proposals as requested by mechanic.
Collections - make calls regarding collections and run the sales to cash collections program.
Handle all insurance needs, (certificate of liability insurance, additional insured, bonds, etc.)
Print out daily callback reports for all sales staff.
