 Hands-On Sushi Workshop 

With clean, fresh flavors and great looks, sushi has never been so popular. Sushi is an art form in Japan, and now, after this class, you can make your own sushi at home! It's delicious as a light meal, as part of a more filling meal or as a finger food! Learn how to cook sushi rice perfectly, how to make simple rolled sushi using classic ingredients like cucumber, salmon, flying fish roe, avocado with nori (seaweed paper) and California rolls, too. Also, learn how to serve wasabi, pickled ginger and sauce condiments. We will learn different shapes for sushi rolls and how to use all the basic tools to build confidence and creativity.
